Relocation & Renovation

 

RELOCATION: LGO MovesSM

LGO Moves takes the hassle and stress out of moving by managing the entire move for you.  Our professionals are experts in Relocation Management, serving local, national, and international clientele.  We offer three levels of relocation service to fit your needs and budget.

LGO Classic

Our basic move management service.  We will

  • Order packing materials (boxes, paper, tape, etc.) - billed separately
  • Provide up to 20 hours of organizing to help you sort through your belongings
  • Arrange for a realtor
  • Arrange for mover
  • Provide a referral to service providers if needed (painter, handyman, etc.)
  • Additional services available upon request.*  Organizing time will be billed at $85 per hour per organizer.

Starting at $1500

*If a local move, we will unpack and organize your new home.  Packages starting at $1500.

LGO Premiere

Our intermediate move management service.  We will

  • Order packing materials
  • Provide up to 50 hours of organizing
  • Facilitate donation of purged items
  • Arrange for appraisal of valuables for sale or shipping purposes
  • Pack your belongings
  • Arrange for temporary storage, if needed
  • Run errands
  • Arrange for a realtor, mover, appraiser, and coordinate service providers
  • Provide a referral to a Professional Organizer at your destination, if a long distance move (over 50 miles)
  • Additional services available upon request.*  Organizing time will be billed at $80 per hour per organizer.

Starting at $3500

*If a local move, we will unpack and organize your new home.  Packages starting at $1500.

LGO Elite

Our premium move management service.  We will

  • Order packing materials
  • Provide up to 100 hours of organizing
  • Facilitate donation of purged items
  • Arrange for appraisal of valuables for sale or shipping purposes
  • Pack your belongings
  • Arrange for temporary storage, if needed
  • Run errands
  • Arrange for a realtor, mover, appraiser, and coordinate service providers
  • Local move: unpack and organize your new home
  • Long distance move: travel to your destination, unpack, and organize your new home  OR
  • Provide a referral to a Professional Organizer at your destination
  • Additional services available upon request.  Organizing time will be billed at $70 per hour per organizer.

Starting at $7500

       

RENOVATION

Renovating can be just as stressful as moving! 

Let LGO remove the pre-renovation headaches by helping you sort through your belongings and decide what to keep or purge before demolition.  We'll arrange for temporary storage of what you keep and facilitate the donation or sale of what you don't.  Once the project is finished, we'll come back and organize your new space.  Regular organizing rates apply.
